**£24,000 p.a Increasing to £25,000 after successful completion of probation. plus excellent benefits (All Listed Below)**

**Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30.**

**About The Job**
- This role exists within a busy call centre environment providing technical advice.
- You will provide excellent quality advice in order to meet daily personal and team performance targets.

**About You**
- You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking with customers
- You will have a strong interest in gadgets and technology, so you may be a gaming enthusiast or interested in any electronics e.g. mobile phones
- Previous experience in a customer focused job will be an advantage but not essential
- Good data recording and administration skills will also be required
- You must be comfortable with multitasking in your work
- You should have a good standard of written and spoken Polish and English
