Overview:
Energy Resourcing has created a new oppertunity with the UK for a Contractor Management Services Lead.

This role can be delivered by hybrid working, with regular time working from home balanced with attendance at one of our UK Offices e.g. London, Manchester, Aberdeen or Stockton.
- Ensure business processes and procedures are compliant to legalisation and that contracts and applicable standards deliver business improvements and efficiencies across the CMS function, whilst always promoting the businesses core values and strategy.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the business and with our Contractors and Clients.
- Responsible for leading, planning, directing within the UK CMS team including management of personnel.
- Work closely with the Recruitment function to maximise contractor opportunities and seamless processes.
- Manage the internal UK contractor management program to ensure high contractor engagement and customer satisfaction

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement, check and provide comprehensive support in relation to SLA’s with the aim of zero non-conformances across the UK CMS function.
- Ensure all contractors are engaged, onboarded, paid and otherwise managed in line with legislation and client specific requirements.
- Support risk management to ensure threats and opportunities are identified and managed for CMS activity
- Ensure that a robust method of obtaining customer satisfaction and feedback is in place in conjunction with the Account Leads.
- Continual improvement of the systems and procedures we currently use to ensure we provide the best service possible.
- Develop strong relationships with our internal & external Stakeholders to ensure the CMS team is performing/supporting operation activity effectively.
- Manage queries & requests from clients for CMS.
- Ensure GDPR compliance of all CMS functional activity.
- Brief any changes to procedures or legislation that may affect CMS staff and the roles that they carry out.
- Ensure compliance with IR35 through all stages of the contractor engagement processes to ensure risk is minimised.
- Ensure procedure/process/legal changes are communicated effectively within the CMS team
- Monthly reporting for CMS activity.
- Act as super user in iCIMS and support for the CMS team.
- Manage the continual review of contract documentation to ensure compliance with the REC guidelines - includes updating and reviewing necessary system/document changes.
- Facilitate Tax queries.
- Support of CMS escalations to close out where required.
- Oversee CMS requirements for all blue collar contractors supporting the Account Lead and dedicated CMS advisor as required.
- Support new Client contract implementations for CMS activity.
