**_Petrofac is seeking a Construction Management Consultant _**_Contractor for 12 months, based in Aberdeen, UK._**

**_ The role is outside IR35, and we invite Limited Companies to engage._**

**Scope of Services**:
Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

- Promote awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality aspects of discipline of work to achieve fit-for-purpose engineering.
- Responsible for Construction and Commissioning project deliverables
- Oversee and give guidance to the onshore project Development team
- Ensure design deliverables are available to meet project schedule.
- Input Technical expertise to the Engineering process
- Interface with Construction Manager for resources
- Interface with key Construction stakeholders in forthcoming project work to ensure deliverables, materials and resources are available to maintain efficient work for the site teams.
- Liaise with the engineering team to ensure workpack deliverables meet the project schedule.
- Capable of conducting constructability review meeting for project delivery
- Deputize as Construction Manager if required.
- Interface with project vendors.
- Be fully conversant with Petrofac / EPS Project HSEQ plan.
- Be fully aware of annual Safety Targets.

**Deliverables**:
Services should be provided to produce the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.

Key deliverables to include:

- Ensure project generated planning documentation is fit-for-purpose and complies with Petrofac requirements.
- Produce Commissioning procedures.
- Ensure Management of Change process is followed.
- Ensure integrity certification process is implemented and followed.
- Ensure Constructability and Commissioning are incorporated in engineering design.
- Ensure timely delivery of project work-packs.
- Attending project K.O. meetings.
- Identify onshore project resources as required.
- Close out project workpacks.

Services should be provided to check and verify the following design deliverables where required as part of project specific works. Key deliverables to include:
