Group FP&A Manager (Financial Planning and Analyst) is required for a leading FMCG company home to some of the World's best loved brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior stakeholders in Head Office functions on a range of areas pertainingto Central Costs.

Reporting into the Global VP Finance FP&A, this role is a hybrid role based between the office (3 days a week) in West London and working from home (2 days a week).

The successful Global FP&A Manager must have the following:

- A solid background in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
- Qualified Accountant with strong experience in a corporate finance environment
- Proven leadership skills, with the gravitas to build solid, successful working relationships
- Track record of providing robust and informative financial analyst, including planning and forecasting
- If you have zero based budgeting experience this would be a great advantage

In reward you will be paid a competitive salary plus car allowance and bonus.

The successful Global FP&A Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, in particular HR, and liaise with the Global Function leads in controlling and budgeting their respective cost base. The role will be responsible for guiding the offshore financefunction, helping develop Cost Centre Managers' financial awareness & providing guidance for correct accounting.

FP&A Manager duties include:

- Manage the preparation of Global SG&A cost budgets
- Timely production of monthly accounts and management of ad-hoc accruals
- Monthly review of company HQ SG&A cost performance against agreed budgets, flagging risks and opportunities early
- Preparation of monthly reporting pack to highlight major variances and key cost drivers
- Business Partner with HQ cost centre managers
- Complete re-forecasting processes
