French luxury and worldwide renowned brand with strong values is looking for a Junior French speaking Front Desk Host for their UK head office. This is a new role where our client wants their visitor to experience a 5* hotel style service. The Junior FrontDesk Host will be the first point of contact for visitors and will have reception as well as facilities duties. You will answer inquiries from visitors and staff and make everyone feel welcome and valued. You are to always uphold the company culture. You willreport and work alongside to the Concierge. This is a one-year contract, which might be renewed.

ROLE of the Junior Front Desk Host:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Booking taxis
- Booking office catering
- Booking restaurant
- Assisting in organising staff birthdays
- Managing the outlook meeting room system & provide technical support to staff with meeting room AV system in collaboration with IT.
- Ensure meeting rooms are serviced and kept ready for meetings
- Helping on any other tasks that will be required

PROFILE:

- Fluent in French and in English, or min intermediate in French with strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a junior host, or front desk host or receptionist or similar ideally in high-end, luxury environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and good organisational skills
- Smart appearance, polite and approachable at all times
- Excellent telephone manners
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work shift: Shift 1: 8.15am to 4.45pm, Shift 2: 10.45am to 7.15pm (must be flexible across both shift patterns)

SALARY & BENEFITS:
£25k/y plus excellent benefits including travel and lunch vouchers of £150/month for each. This is a one-year contract that might be extended
