WSG Gymnastic Coach are looking for an enthusiastic and consistent gymnastic coach that has the passion to teach children from the ages of 2-16 years. Being able to teach adults would be a bonus too. You will need to have strong people skills, an energetic approach with children and enjoy building relationships with gymnasts, parents/guardians and co-workers**. **This is a good opportunity to get a permanent position in Balham, SW12.**

**Requirements**:

- DBS checked preferable.
- BG level 2/3+ in General gymnastics, Artistic, Rhythmic or Acro.
- Being able to deliver recreational and/or squad level or artistic.
- Experience in: registrations, leading classes, leading coaches and good communication with parents and company directors.
- Workplace camaraderie: Being able to help and assist other coaches, staff and customers.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with gymnasts
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Good at communicating with parents, gymnasts and co-workers
- A great team player
- Confident, enthusiastic and dynamic in their gymnastics provision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to provide excellent customer service to customers
- Delivering high quality, safe, fun and structured recreational gymnastics classes to children from ages 0-16 yrs. (class dependant).
- Ensuring gymnast’s progression is up to date in progress booklets and online systems such as reports and awards for each individual child.
- Building a strong rapport and communicating with parents, teachers and coaches on a weekly basis within the lessons to ensure the lessons are the highest standards.
- To undertake all required programme training, ongoing training and personal development to maintain up to date knowledge and practice in the business.
