**Job Overview**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastic Coach to join our team. As the Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading and managing our gymnastics program, providing guidance and instruction to gymnast, and ensuring the overall success of the team. If you have a passion for leading a gymnastic club, we want to hear from you.**

**Times Available**

**Monday: 4:15pm-6:45pm**

**Tuesday 4:15pm-6:45pm**

**Wednesday 4:15pm-6:30pm**

**Friday 4:15pm-6:30pm**

**Saturdays 9am-12pm, 9am-2pm or 9am-6pm**

**Sundays 9am-12pm or 9am-2pm**

We also have adult gymnastic classes that run Monday-Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective gymnastics training programs
- Provide coaching and instruction during practices and competitions
- Evaluate gymnast' performance and provide feedback for improvement. Teach gymnastic coaches and work with other coaches
- Create game strategies and make in-game adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with assistant coaches to coordinate team activities
- Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Communicate with parents, school administrators, and gymnast
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a gymnastic coach or head coach preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport and coaching techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire gymnast
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field preferred
