What you need to know about the role

About You:
As a Data Protection Executive you will be:

- Managing information rights requests for members.
- Managing requests for CCTV, including those from third parties such as law enforcement.
- Gathering information and ensuring timely responses in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Helping to maintain records of data processing activities, compliance efforts, and data protection incidents, and assisting with report preparation.
- Helping to maintain records of data processing activities,
- Responding to data breaches or incidents, including assisting in investigations and documentation.

- Proven experience in data protection, ideally with a focus on GDPR compliance.
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with data protection tools and technologies (e.g., data masking, encryption, tokenization).
