**Job Title**: Behaviour Management Specialist
**Location**: Bacup, East Lancashire
**Rate**: Competitive, dependent on experience
**Contract Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage behaviour strategies to support students across all year groups.
- Work closely with teachers to provide support for students displaying challenging behaviour.
- Offer individual and group interventions to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Support pastoral teams in identifying students who may need additional behavioural support.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback to staff and parents.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture where students can thrive academically and socially.
- Provide training and advice to staff on effective behaviour management techniques.

**- Previous experience working in behaviour management within a school or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of current behaviour management strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students with behavioural challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field would be desirable.
