**Production Team Leader - afternoon shift**
**Nottingham**
**£13.62 per hour paid weekly, plus Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Long Service Awards, Performance Awards, Consumer discounts and opportunities for training and development.**
**The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with the hours of work being 3**.45 p.m. to midnight on a Tuesday to Saturday rota.**
**Your new role**:
As a Production Team Leader with us, you will take responsibility for managing a number of Production Operatives and ensure KPI’s are delivered, with a focus on quality and customer service. You will ensure all Operatives are trained and that standards are maintained and followed. You will also be responsible for resolving all production issues in your area and will work closely with the Production Managers to ensure shift targets are met.
**What do I need to apply?**
This role requires someone who has previous experience of managing/supervising a team, good organisational and communication skills, a true understanding of the customer’s requirements, flexibility and an ability to remain calm and positive.
