Production Team Leader

**Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off including weekends
- 6.45 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.**

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a **Production Team Leader** to join the team at our site in Nottingham. We are a leading têxtile rental and laundry services company providing professional linen and workwear to the hospitality and manufacturing industries throughout the UK.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Production Team Leader, you will take responsibility for managing a number of Production Operatives and ensure KPI’s are delivered, with a focus on quality and customer service. You will ensure all Operatives are fully trained and that standards are maintained and followed. You will also be responsible for resolving all production issues in your area and will work closely with the other Team Leaders and Production Managers to ensure shift targets are met.

**What do I need to have to apply?**

This role requires good organisational and communication skills, a true understanding of the customer’s requirements, flexibility and an ability to remain calm and positive. In addition, you will need to have had previous supervisory experience and be able to keep the team motivated.
