**Production Supervisor**

National Dry Cleaners are a family business with history dating back to 1897. We are a dry cleaning and laundry company that offers services to business and the general public through our site at Sherwood.

We have built our reputation on the service we provide and are looking for a key member of our team to continue to ensure we deliver our great customer service.

The Production Manager will oversee the day to day running of the dry-cleaning department and provide advice and assistance to the Laundry Department as necessary. From curtain cleaning to stain removal, from machine maintenance to face to face customer service, this role is key to our operations.

Our new Production Manager will have good organisational and communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, have great attention to detail and be flexible in their approach to work.

If you have a full clean driving licence that would be great but not essential.

Salary £21500 p/a (39 hours p/w)

**Tasks include: (training provided)**
- Supervisor of co-workers
- Preparing garments for the cleaning process
- Sorting order numbers for daily processing to meet customer timescales
- Stain removal
- Garment pressing and finishing
- Final Garment inspection
- Curtain cleaning
- Basic machine maintenance
- Face to Face customer service
- Overseeing the day to day running of the dry cleaning department along with basics of the laundry department to help and advice where necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham, NG5 4DR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
