INVI Logistics are looking to expand their team and introduce a Transport Co-ordinator

You will work directly with the company MD assisting them with all day-to day activities.

**You will need to be competent at the following**:

- Produce, amend, and maintain assigned spreadsheets and databases
- Accurate shipment data entry
- Managing customer queries and complaints
- The ability to plan and execute logístical solutions
- Be able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, and learn how to adapt to ensure issues don't repeat
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that customer expectations are met during the movement of cargo
- Take a pro-active role within the company to liaise with your colleagues and customers and you are fully conversant with your workload
- Able to work under pressure
- Weekend phone cover (1 weekend a month - there may be times when you need to cover more than one weekend, such as annual leave)

**Who we need**:

- Previous customer service experience - essential
- Logistics/Transport experience - preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of general office practices
- PC literate with experience of MS Office including, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be able to interact at all levels and with different cultures
- Be able to give unremitting commitment to building sound working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Be a self-starter with excellent concentration skills
- Be able to work in a structured and methodical manner
- Continually seek improved and more efficient methods of working

This role is a 'work from home' role. However, you will be required to travel to a location within Leicestershire regularly for staff meetings. Travel will not be reimbursed.

You will be provided with a SIM card and after a successful probation period, a laptop and phone handset. Therefore during the probation period, you must have access to a laptop or PC.

37.5 hours a week (7.5 hours a day with a 30-minute lunch) Monday - Friday

For example 9-5pm Inc 30 minute lunch

**Salary**: £18,525.00-£19,500.00 per year

Although this is a work from home role, customer visits may be required but we will follow government guidelines accordingly.
