**Deserved Massage** in Finnieston is hiring **one exceptional massage therapist** to join our small, steady team full-time (~40 hours/week).

You’ll step into a clean, calm, professional space — with:

- Weekly pay and a fair 50/50 split
- No admin or client messaging (we handle that)
- Oils, towels, and laundry provided
- A stable team and warm environment

**The Money**
- **50/50 split**with weekly square-up
- Treatment prices: £40 (30m), £50 (45m), £65 (60m), £100 (90m)
- **Average pay per treatment: £30**:

- That’s **~£800-£1,200/week**, depending on hours

**Your Schedule & Studio Flow**

You’ll work 5-6 days a week and do around **6 treatments per day**, with a 30-45 minute break in the middle.
Each booking includes 15 minutes for consultation and room turnover.

**Between sessions**, you’ll be expected to:

- Help fold laundry and keep the space clean
- Stay present in case of walk-ins or late bookings
- Take care of yourself — reset, refuel, relax

It’s a calm, steady rhythm — but we all **pitch in to keep the studio flowing smoothly**.

Who We're Looking For
- **Qualified massage therapist** (1+ years’ experience preferred)
- Strong in **deep tissue** or sports massage — and can do 6 a day without burnout
- **Local to Finnieston/West End** — reliable, flexible, and nearby
- Kind, professional, present — and **genuinely care** about client wellbeing

**The Interview Process**

Shortlisted applicants will go through a two-part interview:

- A brief **phone call** with Grant (the owner) to get a sense of alignment and values
- A 45-minute **trial massage session** with one of our therapists to experience your style and presence firsthand (you will be paid for this)

It’s informal but intentional — we want to make sure it’s a great fit both ways.

Pay: From £27.00 per hour
