**About the Role**

Deserved Massage in Finnieston is looking for one exceptional massage therapist to join our small, steady team for four days each week.

You must be confident in Swedish, Deep Tissue massage and Pregnancy massage.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting expectant mothers and finds this work rewarding.

You will help us provide more availability for our regular clients while offering safe, professional care for pregnant clients who trust us with one of the most important stages of their lives.

This is not a spa or a clinic.

It is a calm, professional studio where therapists are supported and clients are respected.

You will be joining a clean, calm and professional studio with:

- Weekly pay and a fair 50/50 split
- No admin or client messaging (we handle all that)
- Oils, towels and laundry provided

- Full-day shifts with time to reset between clients

**Why We Are Hiring**

Our Swedish and Deep Tissue treatments are often booked out, and more clients are now requesting Pregnancy massage.

We are expanding our team to meet this demand and to continue offering a level of care that feels personal and consistent.

**Your Schedule**

You will work four full-day shifts, each with 15 minutes built in for consultation and room turnover:
Monday: 09:00 to 17:00

Tuesday: 09:00 to 17:00

Thursday: 11:00 to 19:00

Sunday: 09:00 to 17:00

**Pay and Earnings**

50/50 revenue split with weekly square-up.

Treatment prices: £40 (30 min), £50 (45 min), £65 (60 min), £100 (90 min)

We would expect you to provide five treatments per day which would equate to earning around £600 per week.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Qualified massage therapist (one year’s experience preferred)
- Confident in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Trained, insured and genuinely interested in Pregnancy massage
- Professional, kind and grounded in presence so clients feel safe with you
- Reliable, tidy and self-aware, with pride in your workspace and energy

**Interview Process**

Shortlisted applicants will complete two short stages:

- A phone call with Grant (the owner) to discuss values and alignment
- A 45-minute paid trial massage with one of our team to experience your approach and presence
- We want it to feel right for both sides.
