**Team Spirits Airport Operations** is seeking dynamic, passionate and results-driven individuals to join our growing team at Edinburgh Airport. As a part of our retail environment, you will have the opportunity to work with luxury brands and provide exceptional customer service while promoting fragrance, beauty, and liquor products in the World of Duty-Free store.

Working hours include a flexible schedule with a mixture of early and late shifts. Early shifts can start as early as 4 am for 5-8 hours, and late shifts can end up to 9 pm. Availability for flexible working hours is a must.

- Ability to effectively engage customers in the brand experience and storytelling
- Comprehensive product knowledge to educate passengers
- Immaculately groomed and well-presented
- Open to receiving and delivering in-house training
- Proactive in driving sales and meeting set targets
- Skilled in creating opportunities for customer interaction and sales through traffic-stopping techniques
