**About the job**

We are recruiting a Full Time or Part-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our stores on the Royal Mile. We are looking for someone who is available 3 to 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.

As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment _(beneficial)_
- Able to work well with others & approach others easily
- Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers & advising on our products
- Ensuring all goods are well presented
- Processing payments
- Checking off deliveries which arrive in store
- Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
- Maintaining knowledge of our goods
