**Reports to - Production Supervisor**

**Job Overview**

To work on the daily production of Vapouriz e-liquids using state of the art machinery. Machine Operators will ensure the correct number of products are appropriately mixed, bottled, labelled and boxed ready for the box packing department.

Flexible shifts are usually 06:00 - 14:30 then 12:30 - 21:00 with a 30-minute break but any changes will be discussed and agreed where possible.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Efficiently run and operate the capping, labelling and boxing parts of the machine
- Ensure products are produced on time and in the correct quantities
- Liaise with the Laboratory department for new supply of bulk liquid
- Set up and close down machines properly at the start/end of each shift
- Commence the liquid filling procedure with created bulk liquid in place
- Perform quality checks at each stage of the machine’s processes and report any problems with the product created to Line Manager or Supervisor on shift
- Report any problems or defects in the machine promptly to a Line Manager or Supervisor
- Set up the computer software for each batch produced for identification
- Properly dispose of any residue the machine produces and/or flush the machine through with water
- Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on the machines and associated equipment
- Abide to ISO and GMP compliance requirements and safety procedures at all times
- Keep the machine room clean and tidy, ensuring health and safety rules are adhered to at all times
- Promote the good reputation of Vapouriz
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role

- Good with mobility and manual handling tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,592.00 per year
