We are looking for a very organised and hard-working person to run our warehouse and product fulfilment at Reef Knots.

Reef Knots is a British clothing brand operating both online and through a retail store. You would be joining a small but dynamic and ambitious team within a fast-growth business.

The role will involve managing all product within our warehouse, organising the stock within the space, as well as picking/packing orders. Among many duties, you will also be responsible for managing customer returns, monitoring of stock levels, and communicating with our buyer and retail store manager.

Reef Knots is a high-quality clothing brand so exceptional attention to detail when dealing with customer orders is essential. We expect the warehouse operations to team to commit to the ‘customer first’ ethos and culture of the business. Care and attention when handling all incoming and outgoing stock is essential.

As a growing business, this role has the potential to develop into a warehouse management position if the suitable attributes are demonstrated. While the role will initially work alone, we expect the warehouse team to grow quickly over time. The office team are based within the building and there will be frequent feedback between the warehouse operations and the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
