Allocate to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers. Handle both incoming and outgoing sales calls and deal with customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Match products and services to customer needs, providing an effective and efficient service. Work as part of the branch team, delivering excellent customer care and online assistance for customers. You Will Need Proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and high‑quality customer service. A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner.
