In this UX Researcher role, you will be joining an international user experience and human factors consulting business. **Job description - Graduate UX Researcher**
In this UX Researcher role, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and Research Director based here in London. You will work directly with clients to recommend appropriate methods to achieve research objectives and propose timelines and budgets in-line with those methods. You will manage projects, moderate sessions, write reports, ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, all while delivering on the client objectives.

**Key responsibilities - Graduate UX Researcher**
- In this User Experience role, your responsibilities will include:_
- Designing and developing screeners and moderator guides
- Analysing qualitive & quantitative data captured during research sessions
- Working with global vendor partners, converting inclusion/exclusion criteria into effective screeners
- Summerising research finding in meaningful, impactful deliverables (e.g., research reports)
- Managing external research facilities, as well as designing and fielding surveys

**Job requirements - Graduate UX Researcher**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant social sciences background (Psychology, Anthropology, Economics, or similar)
- Comparable experience as a user experience researcher, human factors practitioner, industrial engineer, cognitive engineer, information architect, or similar
- Commercial experience in conducting UX research and usability, with proven ability to translate data and observations into a compelling story that
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
