**Job description**:**
We are expanding our team in Coventry and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our young service user with his complex care needs.**
If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you are looking for
We provide care to children and young people who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.
We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.
You will be supporting him within his educational setting and fulfilling his sensory, play and social needs when required. This could be general play at home, walks to the park and accessing the community.
This is a great opportunity where you will be using your valuable skills from your gained experience and progressing into a Children’s Complex Care Assistant.
We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
**Desirable Experience**
- Oral Suction
- Gastrostomy Care
- Seizure Management
**Shifts Available**
- Days - 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Monday to Friday
