We are seeking to appoint Care Workers/ Care practitioners for our home in Coventry. **Ideally** **qualified **with a _QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare_ or equivalent, but right person for role will be considered.
- Dimensions care works in line with DDP and seeks to be accredited in this model of care. We ask that all staff considering this role ensure that they are prepared and ready to work in a trauma informed way with all young people. Understanding a child’s history and trauma can impact on the way in which we respond and work with that young person. Full training and support will be provided once appointed into the role._

This Children's Home is easily accessible from surrounding areas of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Warwick, Nuneaton and Solihull. This home will be a 4 bedded service for young people aged between 6-18, The home is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

These roles are permanent, full time posts. Working on shifts throughout the month which will include shift patterns of 2 on 4 days off, to ideally work with your own life balance. These days will include sleep in shifts.

**Salary**: £28,158.00-£29,730.00 per year
