**Role Purpose**

Our sister company Wineify is looking for an organised and highly motivated Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team. The role will include responsibility for processing invoices. The role also requires cohesive teamwork and flexibility to provide support to the winder business and a supporting role for the wider Accounts Payable finance team.

**Job Specifics**:

- **Contract Type**: Part Time (30 hours per week)
- **Location**: Watford - Our Head Office is based in Watford, our Head Office is 15- minute walk from Watford Junction station.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable team to include invoice entry, scanning, query resolution
- Managing the AP inbox - forwarding invoices to relevant departments so Purchase orders can be raised. Collate and sort any external mail as required
- Assist in the supplier statement reconciliations
- Other admin duties as required

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Previous Accounts Payable Ledger experience desirable.
- Dealing with high volume of data entry.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills required
