**Job Description**:
**This is initially a 12-month FTC with an option to extend at the end of this period.**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Change and Projects Consultant, with a strong, hands-on operational HR background. Ideally you will have some experience managing HR change and transformation in a global organisation. Working as part of our Global HR Team and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a hybrid working role and can be based in either our London or Leeds office locations.
- Wide ranging operational HR experience showing a clear understanding of business operations
- Experience leading and implementing a range of change management initiatives with a focus on HR change
- Skilled in developing change management strategies and communicating these with the wider business
- Ability to use data to inform decision making
- Ability to manage several change workstreams simultaneously, including multiple, senior stakeholder management
- Ability to produce written presentations for board level presentations
- Able to provide coaching and provide formal training to guide and support employees through complex change processes
**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will hold a formal, professional qualification in Project Management or Change Management
