**Duties - **This position assists and reports to the Jetrac Manager.

The following duties are inclusive, but are not limited to:

- Phone and written correspondence with customers and suppliers, managing specific accounts, taking sales orders and enquiries.
- Creation of quotes and work orders, delivery sheets, reports and job cards relating to sales enquiries and orders.
- Raise dispatch paperwork and invoice customers.
- Filing and record keeping for client and supplier base.
- Report on and manage/expedite customer orders, ensuring timely completion of goods and services.
- Purchasing materials and subcontract services to provide customer quotes.
- To aid in bid management, whilst continuing to build/maintain relationships with suppliers in order to compete for competitive tenders.
- Manage data configuration/input in support of engineering services.
- Administer/run stock inventory.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for surveyor teams.
- Occasional UK travel in support of competitive tenders/bids.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Jetrac Manager.
- Assist with packing and despatch.
- Any other duties as per the needs of the business

- Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer and numeracy skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Sim 50 database would be preferable, but not essential
- Sage 50 Accounts experience would be preferable, but not essential

Hours of work - 38.5 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 17:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm - 1 hour for lunch.

Pay: Starting at 25k
