**Senior Staff Nurse - Endoscopy**

**The Wellington Hospital - St John's Wood, London**

**37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday to cover the hours or 7am - 6pm with some on-call duties. **

**About the Role**:
As a Senior Endoscopy Practitioner you’ll be responsible for supporting the Endoscopy Service Manager in leading, motivating and supervising a team of endoscopy trained nurses. With access to the latest technology and a team of world class consultants you’llplay a key role in motivating your team to provide an exceptional patient care in an environment where everyone’s supported to deliver at their best. **What you’ll bring**:

- RGN with active NMC registration
- Previous experience in a Senior Nurse/Leadership role
- Knowledge of the Global Rating Scale and JAG accreditation
- Audit experience
- Decontamination experience
- Great analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills
