**Summary**

Within this role you’ll be the Operations Manager reporting into the Global Head of Operations and you’ll be responsible for operational activities that support the Digital Asset Financial Group’s businesses in trading.

The Operations Manager will also have the responsibility of implementing and managing the external banking and cryptocurrency provider relationships and partnerships. For example, prime brokers, exchanges, bank counter parties and external vendors. Thisis done in order to enable the execution of business objectives in relation to movement of fiat and crypto currencies globally.

As an Operations Manager you’ll manage all exception management - both internally and externally, with downstream partners.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Provide SME consulting, responsible for leading all operational support for the markets business, including legal/compliance issues with exchanges, and external vendors
- Manage all banking, custody, prime brokerage and exchange relationships, this will include the integration and implementation of all banking operations partners globally
- Manage downstream exception management regarding reconciliations with the trading desk, banks, and external partners

**Required Skills**:

- The ability to think structurally with experience in the field and understand how to operationalise the business by solving problems and implementing new processes which has been gained from working with technology on creating operational platforms
- A strong understanding of Digital Assets firms, Hedge Funds, Exchanges, HFT firms, Custodians and/or Trading Brokers
- Knowledgeable in the dynamics of the payments world, how banks and vendors operate
- Openness to be hands-on in a rapidly growing startup and able to continue to grow and adapt as the business evolves and demands new thinking and levels of performance
- Clear, concise communicator who sets direction and manages specific goals and deliverables, both internally and externally
