We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our existing current team The Old Hall Ely has been very successful Wedding Venue with the development of the new restaurant and hotel business. With a successful growth of the private dining, afternoon teas and private events - it is now time to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:
Working with the Senior Team to ensure the food & beverages are delivered to the highest standard in the section of responsibility.
Working part of a team to enhance your skills, and theirs.
Work closely with the Chef and Management team to ensure a collaborative partnership between front and back of house.
Communicate effectively with all team members.
Demonstrate high levels of planning, organising, and time management to drive the operational execution.
Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards (e.g. due diligence, cleanliness, HSE, alcohol licensing)

Experience as a FOH member of a team.
Willing to learn and grow.
Passionate about food and beverages.
Maintaining all standards front and back of house.

Salary - negotiable based on experience.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
