Office Angels Hull are working closely with a large manufacturing business based in East Hull to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This role would suit someone wanting to work for an established, local company with a work lifebalance.
**The Role**:
- Raise customer invoices
- Control stocklist of parts and materials
- Maintain and send out weekly/monthly reporting to senior leadership team
- Petty cash analysis
- Other administrative duties as required
- Adhoc duties to assist accounts department such as payroll, clock-in card analysis etc.
- Use of Sage 50, in-house system and Microsoft Office on a daily basis
**To be successful in this role, you will**:
- Be a professional communicator verbally and in writing
- Confident speaking to stakeholders including board level
- Experience in an accounts role
- A desire to grow and learn from those around you
- Willing to help out where needed
- Experience using Sage 50
**In return you will be entitled to**:
- Hours of Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:00-12:30
- 2 x 15 minute breaks and 1 x 30 minute lunch Monday to Thursday and 1 x 15 minute break on Friday
- Annual salary of £25,000
- Free on-site parking
