**Based**:Wilmslow / Cheshire

Join us at The Padel Club where you will form an important part of our hospitality & coaching team. You will help to deliver a high standard of service within the F&B department and assist in our Padel programmes under the guidance of our head pro. You will learn how deliver sessions for beginner classes, run club sessions and assist running competitions and open days. It's a varied role and one which you will love.

**About the job**

Main activities:
Some of the responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers.
- Work alongside the F&B team to serve members with drinks and coffees and operating the till.
- Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensuring classes commence at the designated times.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down.
- Undertake basic club maintenance.
- Undertake all day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and courts, to the highest possible standards, bringing attention to any faults or repairs to the relevant team.
- Proactively manage customer behavior during the use of facilities to ensure highest possible levels of safety and enjoyment.

**Salary**: £4.95-£9.50 per hour
