**Job Role: JUNIOR PADEL COACH**

Join us at The Padel Club where you will form an important part of our coaching team. You will help to deliver a high standard of Padel tuition under the guidance of our head pro. You will help deliver sessions for beginner classes, run club sessions and assist running competitions and open days. Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world and we want you to be passionate about the game and to have an enthusiastic and engaging personality to ensure our members are put first.

**About the job**

Main activities:
Some of the responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers.
- Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensuring classes commence at the designated times.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down.
- Undertake basic club maintenance.
- Work alongside the F&B team to serve members.
- Maintaining qualifications, licensing and CPD/ training requirements. (the club can help obtain qualifications.)
- Undertake all day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and courts, to the highest possible standards, bringing attention to any faults or repairs to the relevant team.
- Proactively manage customer behavior during the use of facilities to ensure highest possible levels of safety and enjoyment.

**Salary**: £4.95-£9.50 per hour
