Principal Tasks:

- Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
- Negotiate one to one with customers to deal with account issues including fines for stock availability.
- Monitor and update master account data information.
- Monthly and quarterly reports for Management, Build and produce standardised sales performance reports.
- Work alongside colleagues in all departments (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to make sure all departments are complying with Account specific requirements/regulations.
- Ensure that all departments are kept up to date with relevant information required to meet Account requirements / expectations.
- Assist with day to day running of account.
- Assist with project management
Ideally you will have:
Administration experience
Systems experience i.e Portals, SAP and/or CRM
Able to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Risk analysis (desirable not important)
Someone with direct imports of goods experience
Experience with liaising with manufacturers and customers
Good understanding and working knowledge of Excel
