This is an exciting role working for a family-owned company, reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce. This role would suit a Graduate with a Computer Science Degree or similar seeking to develop their skills in fast growing organisation.

At Pertemba, we specialise in providing stress-free solutions to international selling for a diverse portfolio of over 250 brands. With access to an ever-expanding selection of global e-commerce marketplaces, Pertemba has expert knowledge of the legal andlogístical implications to selling on the world’s biggest online retail platforms.

**Role Summary**:
This role will be working within the ecommerce department to deliver the Company’s ecommerce roadmap and Marketplace offering. You will be required to learn and carry out technical configurations on many systems and platforms, so a knowledge and technicalbackground or relevant qualification is necessary to be successful within this role, although full training will be given. You will work closely with and report back to the Head of Ecommerce, working within the ecommerce department to deliver the Company’secommerce roadmap.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Onboard the Implementation & Launch full product offering, to new global marketplaces using third party software.
- Ensure that each marketplace has the maximum amount of listings possible displayed.
- Technical problem solving, and to pinpoint issues with external systems and managing issues to completion with internal/external teams.
- Use channel analysis and insight to enhance marketplace performance and drive sales.
- Analyse product performance data to identify areas of success and potential improvement and implement improvements.
- Communicate marketplace integrations and changes to the Head of Ecommerce.

**Skills and experience required**:

- 2:1 Computer Science degree / or similar qualification.
- An understanding of carrying out online technical integrations and data mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish timely and logical practical solutions.
- Able to analyse and manipulate data to identify patterns and trends.
- Excellent IT systems knowledge and specifically advanced excel knowledge.
- Embraces personal challenge, confident, rounded thinking.
- Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others.
- An excellent communicator.
- Ecommerce & Marketplace knowledge desirable.
- Knowledge of Channel Advisor or similar platforms would be advantageous, although not essential.

**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

**Salary**:£22,000
