We can offer you a secure position in a friendly environment that pays up to £21,000 p.a. depending on experience and language skills.

- Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions for our customers and sharing customer feedback so that products and services can be improved.
- Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts.
- Following up with customers to ensure their requests are resolved.

We’d also need you:

- To have razor-sharp customer skills and telephone manners and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- To bring excellent English language skills.
- This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm.
