**About the role**:
This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills. The Early Years Practitioner will work as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of young children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
- Manage daily activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of their progress
- Drive initiatives that promote the well-being and learning of each child in your care.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with team members to organise activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and promote teamwork among staff members.

**Qualifications**
- Full and relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with young children.

**Please Note**:

- Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and ensure they sign up to the update service
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK

**Working Hours**:
Hours are 8 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Your contracted hours of work would be between 8am till 6pm.
