Contract Administrator

Specialist cleaning company based in Eccles requires office administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 7.30 am to 3.30 pm (37.5 hours per week). Full training will be given.
Core duties and responsibilities are:
- Manage CRM & CAFM systems ensuring operatives work is scheduled in a timely manner.
- Process operative’s timesheets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Coordinating office activities such as vehicle Management, hotel bookings and vehicle parking to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records for employee holidays requests and absences.
- Must be able to priorities work.
- Other general office administration tasks as directed by the Operational Administration Manager.
- Interact with Operational support Manager / Operational managers and carry out their requests.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary within the department.
- Personal characteristics required: Excellent communication skills and work ethic, can do attitude, ability to resolve problems, Excellent organisation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
