**Location: Ealing office location with Hybrid working. This role does have a patch that covers Hammersmith, Ealing, Westminster, and Harrow**

**About the role**
We’re searching for a **Temporary Accommodation Officer** to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion. This role tasked to deliver an effective and quality housing management service to residents and landlords in relation to temporary accommodation homes.
**Key responsibilities**:

- To carry out property appraisals, inspections, lease negotiations, renewals, and hand backs for the TA stock
- To ensure that properties are let as quickly as possible and that tenants understand the terms of the tenancy agreements
- To manage TA tenancies in accordance with policies, procedures and targets ensuring appropriate action is taken to resolve issues identified
- To be the point of contact to investigate and resolve complaints and breaches of tenancy providing relevant support, advice, and guidance.
- To agree schedules of works required and offer appropriate support to enable works to be carried out in accordance with lease agreements, policies, and procedures.
- To ensure that IT systems are regularly updated, and effective manual record systems are maintained.
- To assist the Area Manager in providing reports, statistics and other information relating to the performance of the TA team
- To build relationships with internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion and the TA team

**More about you**:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:

- Previous Housing or Property management experience
- Experience of problem solving for customers and understanding customer needs
- Display a great level of customer service and be customer focused, displaying engaging, influential, and resilient behaviour
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and community groups
- Knowledge of housing law and housing management issues, including tenancy breaches and management of anti-social behaviour
