Senior Account Manager

The Role / Company:
Major Players are working with a B-corp certified, multichannel agency who create fantastic integrated content across their exciting big-brand clients They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to manage an exciting, globalaccount who thrives off of leading client communication, exciting creative content and manage the end-to-end integrated projects across social, video, digital, radio, OOH and TV campaigns, ensuring a seamless process throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end briefing through to delivery across integrated channel campaigns, primarily across social and digital
- Work closely with the Senior Account Director and Production team in ensuring brief and client expectations are met
- Communicate clearly between internal and external personnel by delegating tasks and responsibilities from production to creatives across editors, freelancers and photography
- Navigate through client logistics to meet timeline and budget requirements
- Confidently challenge strategy and project objectives
- Identify any upselling opportunities across client account
- Independently manage client and internal meetings
- Manage and clearly identify resource required to meet client standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
- Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed

Key Requirements
- 4+ years' Account Management experience in an creative agency environment
- Experience having worked on end-to-end integrated projects
- Forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-sufficient
- Confident communication both written and verbal
- Experience working on shoots for stills and video
- Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
- Strong financial understanding across budget handling

Salary & Benefits:

- £35-£38k per year
