**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Owner Driver Courier Driver to join our team for the transportation of NHS Pathology samples.

**Duties**
- Operate a motorbike or similar vehicle to deliver small packages to designated hospitals and sites within the Central London area,
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Handle heavy lifting of packages, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures where required.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods in the warehouse as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Experience as a motorbike rider or in a similar delivery driver role is advantageous.
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently in various traffic conditions.
- Experience with heavy lifting and handling of goods is essential.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and best practices is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be beneficial.

**Notes**:

- Mileage will be paid in addition to this hourly rate.
- Experience of Central London hospitals is a benefit (St. Thomas', Guys, GOSH, NHSBT Tooting etc)
- This is a self employed, owner vehicle position. We are looking for owner motorbike riders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £15.10-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
