THIS IS A FULL TIME - SELF EMPLOYED ROLE

D & E Couriers are a growing company in the Transport and Logistics Sector. We have immediate opportunities for motivated owner drivers to join us and enjoy uncapped earning potential.

As a minimum, you will be the owner of a van (any size) in good mechanical condition or be prepared to source one.
You must hold the following Insurances or be prepared to take them out:
Carriage of Goods For Hire or Reward, Goods In Transit cover, Public Liability (£1M)
(We can assist with a very reasonable provider for GIT and PL insurance)
(We cannot offer you any work until these are all in place)

You must be motivated and enthusiastic. You must be able to demonstrate a good standard of both written and spoken English as you will be communicating with customers and their clients. You must be presentable and conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with customers or their clients. Most importantly, you will have the drive to improve your earning potential through working smarter, and not necessarily harder.

About Us
This is a self employed role and you will be free to work the days you choose, and to
take on as much or as little work as you choose. We will also provide initial and ongoing support in sourcing work. Once you are up and running you’ll be expected to become self sufficient to a great extent, but our team are always working in the background identifying opportunities for you.

You will be provided with a delivery app for either android or apple devices. (No app currently available for windows phones regrettably). The app provides step by step delivery tracking with

Proof of Delivery (POD).
Our team of drivers are based all over the UK, and our system is proven to work. We have regular social get togethers for drivers to get to know one another and to relax over a meal. Occasional bonus payments and incentives are also available. We pay our drivers weekly. Our working week runs from Friday to Thursday to facilitate payment on the Friday. No waiting for your money.

Pay: £250.00-£400.00 per day
