**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly organised, bright, energetic and personable individual with office/administration experience. Previous experience in property or accounts desirable, however we're happy to consider applicants who are new to this as full trainingand ongoing support will be provided.

You will be smart, professional and pro-active, with an excellent telephone manner and a high level of customer service skills ( as the role involves direct contact with landlords, tenants and contractors )

You must be able to work well within a team as well as using your own initiative.

Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills and a real desire to 'get things done'.
- Processing rental payments and account arrears
- Ensuring supplier invoices are accurately recorded
- Account reconciliations
- Debt Management
- Assisting with processing and returning deposits, including disputes that may arise
- End of year accounts
- Working to light targets as instructed by the department Manager

**Hours**

Standard working hours would be Monday to Friday, however there is a possibility of flexible working hours.

Weekend working will be on a rota basis ( limited to one month of the year during our busier period )
