**Customer Service Advisor based in Belfast
Start Dates:21st and 28th February
Full time, permanent positions **We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients business based in Belfast.Our client is a highly successful and global outsourcer who work with a wide range of businesses in many different industries.This opportunity will beworking on behalf of their client who is one of the fastest growing online travel agencies in the UK - they pride themselves on giving the ultimate travel experience to their ever growing customer base.
**The Role**:

- Supporting customers with finding a suitable flight, hotel or holiday package that meets their wants, needs and budget
- Handling customer queries from current travels - supporting with any issues or queries they have along the way
- Resolving customer queries and complaints to a high standard
- Aiming for a first time resolution on all customer calls
- Providing excellent customer service on all calls

**The Person**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate for customer service and delivering the best service to all customers
- Computer literate as you’ll be using a number of different in house systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**The Hours**:

- Monday to Sunday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- You’ll work 5 out of 7 days
- Working 5 weekends in 3 months.

**The Salary**:

- £9 per hour
- Fortnightly pay

Please note, due to the nature of the role you’ll need to be able to pass a DBS check and reference checks.
