City & county healthcare are recruiting for passionate care assistants that strive to deliver the best quality of care to support our client based in Kelsall, Cheshire area.**
This position will be supporting a young lady with with Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities and complex Epilepsy.

We are looking for pro active Personal Assistants to join our committed circle of support comprising of a small team who will be working closely and creatively. As a carer you will strive to deliver outstanding standards of care in a fun and friendly environmentbeing involved in therapeutic activities.
You will be responsible for all aspects of daily life, including personal care, cooking, administering medication, domestic duties, shopping etc.

Experience in supporting people with similar needs, an understanding of person centred practice and intensive interaction would be wonderful but isn't crucial as full training and supervision is provided and ultimately it is more important that you possessthe core values and personality traits that are necessary for the role. Kindness and compassion are key

You will need to be empathetic, a true team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in making decisions and using your initiative.

You will be someone who is cheerful, respectful, patient and someone who wants to make a real difference,Ideally will be a driver.
