Office Location - Bexhill
**Shift pattern: Monday to Friday No Weekends Rotating shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm.**
**The role: Customer service Agent - Renewals**
Upon joining, you’ll become part of a team that supports customers at the point of their insurance renewal and deliver outstanding service. You will be talking them through their renewal quote and their options. If they decide that it is the best option forthem, you will be processing the renewal, completing paperwork, and agreeing payment options. Your aim being to retain them as a customer. If you like engaging with people, can deliver excellent service, and resolve customer problems over a telephone call,this is a perfect opportunity to enhance your skills and take your career to new heights. Our extensive, blended training and coaching program will ensure that you make a great start to driving your career forward. You will be pleased to know all calls areinbound, so no outbound sales calls are required
We are an insurance provider based in Bexhill who provide home, bike, car and van insurance. We deal with new enquiries, existing policy holders and claims.

- A starting salary of £21,650
- Structured career path with the opportunity to develop and earn up to £24,000

- No outbound sales calls.
- Hybrid Working, 3 days per week at home (providing your environment is suitable) - Latest finish, 7pm
- Potential annual company bonus earnings of 5% of your base salary.

- Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales, preferred
- You will have experience in handling payments.

- Adequate workspace to WFH

**You must be able to commit to a 6-week training program. Once you have completed the training, you will begin your variable shift pattern.
