Farm & Meat Co Administrator

**Job Title. Farm & Meat Co Administrator**
**Main purpose of Job**
The Farm Administrator will be responsible for general farm and Meat Company administration and the key day to day point of contact between farm, office and butchery plant.
**Main duties**:
1.Book keeping
2. Dealing with correspondence.
3. Dealing with supplier and customers.
4. Liaison with farm staff, production team and drivers.
5. Managing customer enquiries and orders, both on the telephone and through
6. Covering for the Office Manager as required
OTHER DUTIES:
Financial reports
Making payments
Filing
**Key skills and experience**:
Excellent customer service skills.
Good IT and Excel skills
Excellent communication
Numeracy and financial competency
Team player
