To provide a high standard of variable secure print, mailing and fulfilment (auto and hand) on a consistent basis to deliver customer contracted SLA’s and KPI’s.

To operate equipment such as Digital Printers, Mailers and a range of finishing equipment to provide a range of Blue Chip client communications.

To demonstrate effective teamworking in a busy and fast paced organisation delivering high levels of service and performance.

**Tasks**
- Work closely as part of a team within Production to deliver customer driven SLA’s and to ensure reconciliation of works orders.
- Operate and maintain print and mailing equipment. Ability to problem solve where required to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Provide Hand insertion for jobs that are unable to run through the mailing equipment.
- Provide a range of finishing with equipment such as, guillotine, perforator, pressure sealer and folder etc.
- Work with IT and Print control systems to manage workflow, reprint jobs and update MI systems.
- Support other teams within the Business (Business Support / Technical) to provide Proofs / Samples for customer approval.
- Ability to work under pressure adhering to tight production deadlines.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in own and other departments. Participate in team meetings and company briefings.
- Be responsible and provide a high standard of quality control within all aspects of role including adherence to H&S and ISO standards, 9001, 14001 and 27001
- Accurate work order completion.
- To be able to demonstrate a degree of flexibility with occasional changes to hours and working overtime.
- Prioritise own work to be delivered within the production timescales ensuring issues are raised in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that internal processes are followed, work instructions maintained and suggestions to improve are communicated.
- Provide support in Warehouse, goods received and dispatched, goods booked in / out. Stock management. Postal and Prime business systems updated accurately to reflect.
- To be adaptable, learn on the job with equipment and IT systems (external training provided where applicable).
- To perform adhoc duties as required by the business.

**Essential Skills**
- Experience working with a digital printers and mailing equipment.
- Experience in using print finishing equipment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
- Motivated and ability to produce high quality work.
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions.

**Desirable Skills**
- 2 years’ experience operating print and/or mailing equipment.
- MS Office Suite including Outlook.
- Experience in Scanning would be advantageous.
- User experience with Tharstern MI system.
- Fork Lift Truck certified.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
