The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa supervisor with a passion to deliver consistently exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Treatment qualification preferred.

Spa supervisor you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in customer service. You will be required to carry out duty manager role within the spa and potential variety of treatments including massage, be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As Spa supervisor you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximize revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high quality spa.
