Excelsior Hospitality International (EHI) is an expanding hospitality group with a growing portfolio of hotels across the UK, including the iconic Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa in Hampshire. As we continue to invest in revitalising our historic properties and launching new guest experiences, we are seeking a dynamic F&B Supervisor to lead revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and drive restaurant reputation.
Purpose of the Role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth, high-quality service across all dining areas of Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will supervise daily operations, support and guide the team, uphold exceptional service standards, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This position requires a motivated and service-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, lounge, and event service areas.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
Support the F&B Manager with staff training, development, and performance.
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
Manage bookings, table plans, and workflow during service.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the F&B Manager.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
