**Location**: Norton Way Group, Norton Way North, Letchworth, Herts. SG6 1BL
**Hours**: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**What the role will involve;**
We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a fixed term contract. You will join our busy accounting department here at Norton Way Group, based in Letchworth Garden City.
- Maintain the purchase ledger and ensure timely supplier payments are raised and issued.
- Formulate Company accounts and financial records, in accordance with documented procedures. Prepare statements, reconcile purchase ledger accounts,
- Process daily banking and post transactions accordingly, and code purchase ledger invoices with nominal codes.
- Collate orders, delivery notes, parts receipted reports and invoices. Process and record warranty and VSB invoices to the correct stock numbers.
**What we need from you;**
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality is vital.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts department especially in a Purchase Ledger position, would be an advantage.
- Impeccable attention to detail, be able to prioritise and organise your workload, have exceptional time management is required.
- Competent using MS Office packages, including a good working knowledge of excel and administration skills.
- Able to work well within a team, have the initiative to work independently
